Configuring Two Factor Authentication

2FA is essential to web security because it immediately neutralizes the risks associated with compromised passwords. If a password is hacked, guessed, or even phished, that's no longer enough to give an intruder access: without approval at the second factor, a password alone is useless.

1. Download Google Authenticator or similar to your mobile phone from the app store. This is not compatible with Duo.
   
2. Enter your [Corporate ID] and [User ID] on the login screen and click [Setup 2FA].
   
3. Use your authenticator app to scan the barcode or create a new account using the 2FA Key.
   
4. Keep a record of the 2FA Key and Password for recovery purposes.
   
5. Enter your password and click [Register].
   
6. When logging on in future, you will require [Password] and [2FA Code] from the authenticator app.
