Managing User Access

Create

  1. Click [Security] tab and [User]
  2. Click [Create]
  3. Complete the fields as shown below – set the Group Name to the requested Group



  1. Click [Save]
  2. Send user details to email address of the user
  3. The user will need to reset password

Set InActive

  1. Click [Security] tab and [User]
  2. Click [Search]
  3. Find user in the search results and click [Edit Record]
  4. Check [Password_Reset]
  5. Set Group Name to [No Access]
  6. Click [Save]
